We want you to be fully satisfied with your Positive Grid gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and accessories. If your new equipment doesn't perfectly suit your sound, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Support Center and submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your item in its original factory packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
